1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Roomify ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Roomify is an AI-powered interior design service that transforms room photos using artificial intelligence. The service allows users to upload images and generate redesigned versions using various styles and room types.

3. User Accounts and Credits

Users may create accounts to access the service. New users receive 3 free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased through our subscription plans. Credits are consumed when generating images.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You may not upload images that contain inappropriate content, violate privacy rights, or infringe on intellectual property.

5. Intellectual Property

Generated images belong to the user who created them. However, users grant Roomify a non-exclusive license to use uploaded and generated content for service improvement and marketing purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Roomify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including violation of these Terms of Service.
